Faysal and Raj were both welcoming and honest to me and my daughter right from the first contact on the phone . Their service was good in the showroom and the after sales service was even better. Genuine guys . Definitely recommended.

My case was: I bought a car from FM motor Co. Lovely BMW 330e. I didn’t have option to come and check it, ordered delivery. FM said they can make delivery. Day after, car was in front of my door. Unfortunately there was some issues with radar of this car (what was affecting safety systems like cruise control, warnings etc.) They arrange an appointment with garage close to me, garage said they can fix that in 2 weeks. I didn’t trust the car with this issues so I called to FM and said I want a refund and return the car. And here is situation, what made me speechless.. They checked the car for any new damages. I was ready for a battle (that wasn’t here, scratch, dirty etc.)They just called me, I was told the car is in the same condition they sold it to me, understood safety system doesn’t work, your money will be on your account next working day. Money is here, responsiveness on WhatsApp in a minute with every detail. Returning lovely car is not good feeling but FM made it right for me.FM Motor CO, if you’re reading it, nice one..5 stars

Needed a new work van for my decorating company, Faisal and team turned this around for me within 35 hours.Inquired a van I liked online, had a quick chat over the phone, visited, tested the van, part exchanged my old van, set up a simple finance agreement and before I knew it I was driving away! I then did some decorating work for Faisal in his beautiful home to return the favour. He is a genuinely honest and kind hearted man with a beautiful family.The van was a great deal.I will always go back to Faisal again whenever I need a new work van, no amount of money can buy that kind of trust I have gained.

Faisal was a great help. Really communicative and efficient, and followed up to ensure I had all the answers to my question in advance of my visit. He wasn't a pushy salesman at all, and wanted to ensure we were happy. Whilst we decided not to purchase in the end, I'd have no concerns about buying from Faisal and team in the future.

Very easy to do business with. Fast answers to questions, did what they said. No pushy behaviour on arrival, very professional and welcoming. We have recently bought from a franchised main dealer but found this company much easier to deal with.
