I purchased a Tesla Model 3 from FM Motor Co. Ltd in late November last year, and it was an absolutely brilliant experience!As it was my first time buying a car in the UK, I was a bit apprehensive. Faisal greeted me on my first visit, gave me a thorough overview of the vehicle, and answered all my questions with great patience.During my second visit, I met Raj - an incredibly friendly and competent sales representative. He conducted a fantastic test drive, showcasing the car on various road types. Raj patiently addressed all my queries, which made me feel comfortable and confident.A few days later, we completed the deal, and the car was delivered right to my doorstep. The V5C arrived in the post about 10 days later.As a lovely surprise, I received a month of premium connectivity and floor mats. The car was in immaculate condition - spotlessly clean, with a pleasant aroma and a full set of accessories.For nearly two months now, our family has been thoroughly enjoying the Tesla, without a single issue. Every time we take it out, I think of Faisal and Raj with immense gratitude.It's been the best car-buying experience of my life, and I wholeheartedly recommend FM Motor Co. Ltd to anyone looking not just for an excellent car, but for a truly enjoyable purchasing process as well!

Purchased a car from this dealership 2 weeks ago. Faisal was very helpful in putting the deal together more or less over the phone and the car was spotless. No pressure in trying to sell the car what so ever and Raj was very helpful going through the features on the new car when finalising the deal. Very fair p/ex price as well. Definitely would use these guys again.

Contact this company last night about a car I fancied, tried to agree a deal but it couldn’t be done which I understand as they have profit to make.Being in the motor trade myself I always check reviews and I can’t help but laugh at the customers who gave this company a bad review, one guy was an hour late for his appointment and moaned when they sold the car to someone else who was on time, the other who parked outside in a disabled bay and then asked the company to pay for the ticket,it is hard enough trying to get reviews back from customers and for the two customers who have bad reviews just remember this is someone’s livelihood.Have a nice selling Xmas and New Year guys and thank you for the phone call

Absolutely brilliant service and very happy with my new car. I was buying remotely as I am in Edinburgh, and was initially a little nervous buying without test driving. The team were very responsive and helpful from the start, with phone conversations and videos. Funding for the car was coming from an Energy Saving Trust loan and so this took a while to process, but FM Motors were very patient whilst that was put in place and were happy to take the car off the market for me (for a small refundable deposit), until the funds came through. Everything was very smooth and they even helped contact Energy Saving Trust for me and sorted out the delivery of the car to Edinburgh. On arrival, the car was spotless and in excellent order exactly as described. Would buy from them again without any reservations. Highly recommended.
