Stay away from them! Definitely not trustable. I called them and told them I am coming from Guildford for a specific car and they said "Don't worry we will keep it for you!" When I arrived, someone was looking at the car, I waited 1 hour and at the end they sold the car to them!! They did not call me back to confirm whether I am coming or not. So, I was the man waiting outside "if you don't buy the car, the man waiting outside will buy the car!"So, I took 3 trains to go there, 3 to return home, spend almost £50 and 6 hours of time!! They didn't bother calling... If you are calling them for a car and if they tell you "don't worry, we will keep it for you", think twice...

Firstly you called at 2:28pm to make an enquiry and told us you would be 90 mins. Yes we did say it would not be sold in this time. Your ETA should have been 4pm. We had another customer booked for 5pm on the same car. Unfortunately you arrived at 5:20pm after the the other customer had already arrived, and was viewing the car. We asked you to wait as you had missed your appointment. This was only fair for the customer that turned up on time at 5pm for their viewing. They did proceed and purchase the car which I am also sure you would have done too if you had been on time. You admitted you were late therefore the blame does lie with yourself. Appointments are for adhering to not just a casual 'I will turn up when I feel like it then complain'. I am sure you don't turn up to a doctor's appointment 90mins late and expect to be seen. Likewise we operate on an appointment system.
